If you need more personal attention due to a problem or life challenge Yoga therapy is an option which has helped many people. These classes will be taken by Govind who has experience from teaching doctors as well as other alternative practioners in Yoga Therapy. The therapy varies from person to person and often suggestions concerning food habits and life style in general will be part of the session.

Price

1 person: 600 kr.

Couple therapy: 400 kr. per person per class 

Members of Santhi Yoga School 360 kr. (Membership 200 kr. per year)
