Yoga & Meditation for Stage Performers

In the Autunm of 2010 Santhi Yoga School offer a special course for stage performers in Statens Teaterskole, Holmen.

This course is focused on mind-body awareness and prowide tools for dancers, actors and related professions in the frame of stage performance.

The course is located on Statens Teater Skole but it is open to all who may be interrested.
