Pregnancy Yoga  

Yoga and meditation is specifically good during pregnancy and to prepare for delivery. Yoga helps your body to stay fit and balanced in the months of constant changes and challenges. Furthermore it makes both mother and baby calm and enhances the connection between mother and baby.

Since pregnancy is a process of constant changes we never recommend group classes for pregnant women. In Santhi Yoga classes you will get all the special attention needed and you get a program made specially for you.
