Yoga and meditation is specifically good during pregnancy and for preparing the mother to give birth. It helps you create a peaceful connection with mind and body during the journey of pregnancy. The baby surely feels when mother is practicing yoga and meditation. It makes both mother and baby calm and enhances the connection between the mother and baby. Your body will become fit to stay strong and balanced in the months of constant changes and challenges. In the classes you will work with relaxation, breathing techniques, physical exercises and concentration and meditation. Pregnancy often includes ups and downs and there may be times where you prefer to stay at home. We support you to practice yoga in your home since you will have you yoga program from the classes in your note book. You will be given an individual yoga program based on your physical and mental well being. When you are pregnant you and your baby is under constant development and you may feel changes from one moment to another. It is therefore important to keep a constant dialouge with your yoga teacher during the pregnancy. You don't have to follow a certain level in the class you have to listen to your own physical and mental needs and the teacher will guide you to do so. This physical-mental practice and the breathing techniques prepare you for the delivery. Since the teaching is individual pregnancy yoga is not thought in special groups and you can select to attend classes as it matches with your own schedule. You can start yoga at any point during pregnancy. We will start with an individual talk and build the teaching on your specific needs at the specific time and change the program as you go in the next stages of your pregnancy.
