See course details and price here Meditation 1 For students who like to meditate but still find the mind movements challenging when sitting in meditation. The meditation will be guided and focus on awareness exercises and mind observation. Each class will start with a guided deep relaxation (shavasana), breathing techniques (pranayama) and end with an evaluation talk. min. 5 students and max. 12 Meditation 2 For students who meditate frequently for longer than 40 minutes without experiencing major disturbances of restlesness. The guidance will include advanced techniques and individual evaluation. The evaluation may be more philosophical and abstract than in meditation 1. min. 4 students and max 12 students per course
