About me and my experiences in Santhi Yoga School

Hi all, my name is Nuno. I'm from the year of 1971 and I work as an IT contractor all over the world and I would say, Denmark was my last "bus stop". Here I found Santhi Yoga School as a mean of achieving physical development and meditation, maybe with the expectation of fighting the stress in "the world" I work in.

This School was my first real contact with Yoga. As I see it, we all have different backgrounds with different "constraints", physical, physiological or both. From my perspective I can't imagine the learning/teaching process without an individual approach and in this school I found that in a very opened hearted way. Let me tell you, it's contagious.

I was in the school for three months and half, during that period I could notice the changes, from the physical side all the enhancement I guess I was expecting. A real nice flexibility in me, on the mental level somehow tranquility did reach me in a way I didn't knew before, so it's a completely new door opened wide for me. Personally during the time I was there I meet a lot of very nice people with a lot of different paths, it's an amazing community that Anna Marie and Govind are gathering there, I wish you all the best.
